I've changed the background on my phone to a picture of space, it tends to remind me of you and what you wanted to be, you felt like exploring that open world would be the best for your wandering mind...
It's for the best, I think I'll keep that image of the stars and planets, to remind of the constellations on your skin I used to kiss - I used to love, the beauty marks that made you different...
Those freckles not everybody knew about, the ones I'd kiss on dimly lit afternoons before you had to go back home...
I like to think the stars and I are made of the same material, so technically you still love what I am made of, even if you hate the finished product, because if the pieces which make me were rearranged into something different yet so much the same you'd still love me...

My favorite sensation in the world has to be the feeling I got when I was driving you home after spending the afternoon with our bodies in harmony, I took the streets secretly so that I could drive slow because the entire time I had one hand on the wheel and one hand holding yours, rubbing my thumb over your knuckles, it was 5 or so in the afternoon and the sun was going down, everytime I glanced at you, you were gazing out the window but the sunset was accentuating your beauty and I swear that at that moment I could have lived forever because I knew what I wanted. I wanted the universe to let me have you until the day we died together, its the only way I'd have it, to wake up to your smile, make you breakfast, and then kiss you goodnight, that is the life I want, I remember how my skin smelled of you and that my bed did too, and that kept me smiling just as much as you did....

I know you're harder to read than a book, cos out in public your smiling and you get, all the hooks to the jokes that I'd tell a thousand times, but you still would manage a laugh, at home you flipped the pages though, your saddened thoughts made you make decisions I couldn't expect from anyone but you.
Youre completely different person at times, but ive expected as much from you, you lie through your teeth, even you don't know the truth anymore
